Supports instructor development and provides excellent customer service as needed and in cooperation with team members About CJC Online UF CJC Online offers eight comprehensive, current, and digitally focused online master's concentrations for students interested in completing a Master of Arts in Mass Communication graduate degree from a top-ranked public university. Facilitates and/or presents webinar training to faculty, instructors, and team members. Creates and maintains assigned portions of the UF CJC program Style Guide with the guidance of the program Assistant Director and Director. Tracks the status of all projects in the Monday. Evaluates course effectiveness and reviews course evaluations for continuous course design improvements. Ensures all course builds adhere to UF policies/procedures and federal accessibility guidelines, plus avoids copyright infringements. Coaches instructors through the entire course development process. Provides analytical support and evaluation of course material to ensure the realization of learning objectives, plus alignment of learning objectives with instructional materials, assessments, and assignments. Assists instructors with recording course videos and audio and publishing all online lectures to meet UF-CJC Online standards. Interviews SMEs and conducts research to develop instructional content. Including creating course scope, timeline, deliverables, and materials. Provides project leadership for multiple learning projects/class developments simultaneously from concept to completion, including but not limited to conducting needs assessments, creating curriculum and learning aids to assist in the transfer of knowledge, skills, and abilities, crafting course maps, reviewing/finalizing syllabi, building course pages, assessments, discussions, and assignments, plus creating visual aids, infographics, interactive content, videos, and audio assets. Tools include, but are not limited to, Canvas with CidiLabs/Design Tools, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, Play Posit, Lumi, Yellowdig, HP5, Adobe Suite, MS Office, and Zoom. Some duties of this position include: Uses industry-leading authoring tools to develop and maintain course templates, related course syllabi, and communications.
